My name is Sarah Dorcsis. I have a wonderful husband, Keith. We are happily married with two wonderful kids together. I am a well organized person who loves children. I enjoy watching them  grow as they learn how to talk, walk, and develop their own personality. Everyday is a new adventure and I enjoy working with the children to help them learn more and more every day. We have so much fun playing with leapfrog toys, flash cards, paints, puzzles, music, play dough and much more. HOURS OF OPERATION

Here at Little Friends Childcare we try to provide 100% quality childcare by conveniently keeping our doors open to our parents. We do however, reserve the right to close due to most federal holidays, weather, personal emergencies, and/or vacation every year. Please understand that you, the parents, are responsible for finding and paying for backup care for your child.

Monday through Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm  

 

Tuition is based upon the hours needed and the age of your Child (ren) this will be discussed with you at the time of your interview.

We are located in Great Bridge of Chesapeake Virginia. convenient to  the 168 bypass, Centerville, Fentress, and Etheridge Lakes.

Holidays & Closings:

All Federal Holidays & Observances
The day after Thanksgiving
December 24 & 26

In addition to the holidays & closings, each year the provider will take two weeks off for vacation (one week at a time). A one-month (30 days), written notice of upcoming vacations will be given to each parent.

 

Payment Procedures:

 

Your specific rates will be outlined in your Contract and Rate Agreement.

Payment is payable in advance and is due no later than 5:00 pm Friday for the following week. If this day is a holiday, payment is expected on the previous day. If you go away on vacation, payment is due BEFORE you leave. If it is my planned day(s) off, your payment is expected BEFORE I leave. In cases of illness, your payment is still expected unless other arrangements have been previously made. If I close the child care due to my own illness or emergency, payment will be expected on your child's first day back to child care.

Payments may be made by check or cash and should be made out to Sarah Dorcsis. Checks must be dated for the day they are due. There will be a late fee of $10.00 per day for any payments received after the due date. If payment is not received by drop-off time on Monday, childcare will not be provided until payment and any applicable late fees are paid in full.   You will be liable for any and all costs of collection with regard to delinquent tuition fees. Repeated late payments may be grounds for termination of childcare services.   

 

 

Deposit

A nonrefundable deposit equal to one week of childcare costs is due at time of enrollment. However, do not give us the deposit until you have signed the Parent-Provider Contract/Enrollment application and thoroughly read the parent hand book. Your child's spot is not secured until we have received both the deposit and the signed Parent-Provider Contract/Enrollment application. The deposit will be credited towards the last week of your child's enrollment.
